Was injured when a South African Defence Force (SADF) base was attacked by MK operatives at Letaba stadium, Nkowa Nkowa, Gazankulu, on 12 April 1990. Five SADF members were injured. Two MK operatives were granted amnesty for the incident (AC/2000/98).
