Description
An MK operative who was abducted with two other operatives in Phoenix, Durban, on 18 November 1988 by Port Natal Security Branch operatives. They were taken to a railway line in Phoenix, told to kneel down and shot dead. Their hands were placed on a limpet mine which was then detonated to create the impression that they had blown themselves up. Five Port Natal Security Branch operatives, including the divisional commander, were granted amnesty (AC/2001/112).
