An alleged IFP supporter whose house in Mahlabatini, near Ulundi, KwaZulu/Natal, was destroyed by ANC supporters during a funeral vigil on 12 January 1990. Thirteen people died in the attack. One ANC supporter applied for amnesty, which was refused (AC/1999/0353). See Xulu vigil attack.
