A COSAS chairperson who was severely beaten by members of a gang allegedly formed by the principal of a school in Mamafubedu, Petrus Steyn, Orange Free State (OFS), on 12 August 1987. The incident took place after a COSAS Youth Congress meeting. Mr Khosi was later detained and beaten by members of the police at the Petrus Steyn police station.
