Description Was severely assaulted by named Riot Policemen at the police station in George, Cape, on 19 March 1988. After he lost consciousness, the policemen dumped him at a nearby beach. He died the following day after being discovered and taken to hospital. Three policemen were sentenced to prison terms of between seven and twelve years for his killing.
