Description A constable in the SAP who was severely injured when a limpet mine planted by an MK operative from the ‘Dolphin Unit’ exploded at the entrance of the Railway Police Radio headquarters, Johannesburg, on 24 August 1984. Four police officer s and two civilians were injured. Two MK operatives were granted amnesty (AC/2001/003).
